About the Company
This international manufacturing and technology company with a history of more than 120 years and 24,000 employees globally has a corporate head office based in the City of London and a need for an additional lawyer for the legal team to specifically support the offshore business.
The Opportunity
You will provide key legal, strategic and business-focussed advice to the fast-growing Power Cables business. You will play a key role in managing EMEA contracts for the business, including responsibility for advising on, reviewing, drafting and negotiating large scale EPC (Energy Performance Contracts) and you will support project tendering and execution.
About You
This opportunity will be best suit a lawyer with strong commercial awareness, who is comfortable working directly with the business and who can manage a wide range of commercial contracts. Ideally, you will have a broad general commercial or corporate skill-set, with a projects or energy background, with offshore experience being hight regarded. Any experience in manufacturing, automotive or technology would be useful.
