The Opportunity
This position sits within a small team of Data Privacy Lawyers, reporting to the DPO Counsel. This is a senior appointment where we’re looking for someone that can operate autonomously and run complex projects on their own, whilst working within a broader legal function.
This is a very complex role which covers all aspects of Data Privacy affecting the organisation, globally.
The chosen individual will also be responsible for partnering with the current Data Privacy Officer Counsel in building a robust Data Privacy programme, and suit an experienced Privacy lawyer that enjoys variety and project-based (non-BAU) work.
The firm offers a hybrid working model of 2 days a week in the office, although – for the right individual – this can also be offered as a remote working arrangement anywhere in the EU or UK.
About You
This position will suit a seasoned Data Privacy Lawyer with substantial, and detailed knowledge of Privacy within the pharmaceutical sector.
All PQE levels will be considered, but it’s likely the chosen individual will have spent a min of 5 to 8 years working within a hands-on Data Privacy environment.
Strong commercial acumen, whilst having excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence senior/experienced executives.
