Graff Search is delighted to partner with this iconic brand in search for a Global Policy Programme Manager.
The Legal, Compliance & Ethics team have gone through exponential grown over the past few years to further enhance their internal governance and policies initiative to ensure the company remains compliant with the ever changing landscape of Legal, Compliance & Ethics globally.
The Opportunity
This is a strategic role that will act as the ‘glue’ between Legal and Compliance, as well bring together Senior Stakeholders within the business whilst implementing a global policy management programme.
This position is being offered on a permanent basis and hybrid working arrangement and a six-figure budget.
About You
- The ideal candidate will have a ‘can-do’ attitude and be able to influence Senior Stakeholders, many of which will have been with the business for many years.
- Experience of working within a large, complex multinational business or high quality regulatory and/or programme management practice.
- Excellent communication skills are a must due to the business-facing exposure to Senior Stakeholders.
- Global mindset, whilst being able to speak to people in layman terms across multiple ares of the business, including IT.
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Some Legal Operations, Compliance or Programme Management background would be ideal.
