The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity now exists for a commercial lawyer ideally with some tech experience to join the legal team of this well-known high end fashion brand. You will work closely with the business, providing legal advice mainly on commercial matters but also some tech (SAAS and platforms) and digital. You will be involved with a wide range of business critical matters, predominantly general commercial contracts but also consumer law, IP, marketing and advertising, compliance and data protection.
The position will suit an individual who is happy in an environment where the business continues to challenge itself and where you will engage with creative and tech people, supporting creative interests and solid values.
About You
A broad general commercial background is key, with any tech and digital experience being highly regarded. Experience working with or acting for consumer or fashion companies will also be well-regarded. You must be able to demonstrate a keen interest in working in luxury fashion in a professional capacity and the relevant skill-set to operate in a broadranging in-house position. Excellent interpersonal skills are also essential.
