About the Opportunity – Compliance Counsel – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
This position will sit within a team of Compliance Lawyers in central London.
The role is very broad in nature and works across all aspects of compliance, from looking at matters affecting the UK Bribery Act, Compliance & Ethics, Implementing, creating and updating Policies and Procedures, Training, Conflicts of Interest, AB&C, GDPR etc and suit someone that enjoys a varied role that operates across a number of industry sectors. This is a business facing role where you’ll be directly dealing with a broad range of clients across EMEA.
The role is very broad in nature general commercial role where you’ll have exposure to all aspects of this global technology organisations legal operations.
The firm offer a hybrid working model with 2 days a week in the office. The culture of the firm is very mature and you will be given autonomy to run with large scale, high value, projects on your own with the support of the broader Legal and Compliance team.
