This exciting and rather complex business specialising in aerospace and technology has a truly unique opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to join the business and lead on employment law matters for EMEA.
The Opportunity
The role will be the primary employment lawyer for the region. The role will be broad in terms of employment matters and will encompass HR matters, workers’ compensation, labour relations and employee benefits, employment strategies and compliance with applicable EU laws. The role will involve a high degree of stakeholder management across an international workforce.
Location is flexible as they have several office locations around the UK – the role is a senior position and you would be trusted to be where you need to be and when.
About You
The opportunity will suits an individual who can work with a highly technical workforce, who can navigate an international matrix structure and who values stakeholder engagement.
Broad employment law experience with a degree of in-house experience, ideally gained in-house and with an international, complex business is key. The ability to make decisions and advise the business pragmatically is also essential.
Travel will be required.
