About the Opportunity
We are looking for 3 compliance specialists: 1 Compliance Manager (*5+ years) and 2 Compliance Officers (*2+ years).
These are generalist compliance roles, where you’ll be involved in all aspects of compliance:
Conflicts of interest
Anti-bribery
Code of conduct
Internal policies & procedures
Training
Monitoring
Regulatory reporting
Compliance advisory
Strategy planning
About You
These are excellent permanent opportunities for experienced Compliance professionals with broad backgrounds looking to join a fast-paced working environment and be part of the growth of – what is likely to be – one of the leading consumer finance organisations in the UK.
*Training and development will also be provided for areas that require development.
- The ideal candidate is likely to have been exposed to both project-based work, as well as BAU.
- Ideally, some element of financial services and/or consumer lending regulatory experience.
