This highly respected events and knowledge engagement business is a leader in its field and now has a need for a commercial lawyer to join its legal team.
The Opportunity
The legal team is well integrated into the business and is regularly relied on for advice and support. This role will have responsibility for drafting a wide range of contracts including SaaS agreements and technology procurement contracts as well as licensing, cloud hosting agreements, collaboration agreements and other commercial tech agreements.
You will also advise the business on IP and digital matters along with broader commercial matters such as data privacy, outsourcing and occasionally disputes.
The business is looking for a lawyer with strong B2B technology experience who is also interested in supporting more commercial areas of the global business.
About You

Experience in and an interest in tech negotiations and contracts is key. You will need to demonstrate good commercial acumen and the ability to operate in a professional environment with a global team.
