About the Opportunity
The role provides legal support to the overall business on major transactions in diverse areas including marketing, procurement, technology and competition. The business is fast-paced and has a very commercial approach; with the legal team being highly visible within the organisation, you will work closely with key stakeholders, advising on a wide range of matters, keeping risk and reputational issues in mind at all times.
About You
Essential in this role is the ability to lead on complex commercial transactions relating to a wide variety of goods and services and procurement matters. In-house experience is also key, either via a secondment or otherwise. Exposure to tech, marketing and consumer law would be advantageous. Ideally, you will have trained and qualified with a leading law firm or in-house team and you must have a keen interest in working with a consumer related organisation. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commercial approach are also essential.
